Psychopath

This series began a while back in the year 2012 when psychopaths still existed (When You Are Governed By Psychopaths, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9).

Yes, once upon a time:

"Psychopathy is a personality disorder characterized by persistent antisocial behavior, impaired empathy and remorse, as well as bold, disinhibited, and egotistical traits. In clinical and forensic settings, psychopathy predicts criminal behavior and violence. For example, whereas prevalence of psychopathy is ~1% in normal population, it is ~20% in incarcerated offenders; in Finland 16.4%. The pervasive nature of both behavioral and emotional symptoms suggest that psychopathy might have organic basis, and multiple studies have found that psychopathic offenders have atrophy in frontal cortex and in limbic regions including insula and amygdala. These structural impairments are coupled with abnormal function of the limbic system, and psychopathic subjects show less affect-related activity in amygdala and hippocampus, striatum and cingulate cortices while viewing emotional facial expressions, and stronger activation of frontal cortical regions." - Brain Basis of Psychopathy in Criminal Offenders and General Population

(National Library of Medicine, April 2021).  If torture of prisoners done by government is psychopathic (in addition to being illegal), then governments can have psychopathic behavior:

"The Committee Study of the Central Intelligence Agency's Detention and Interrogation Program is a report compiled by the bipartisan United States Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI) about the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA)'s Detention and Interrogation Program and its use of torture during interrogation in U.S. government communiqués on detainees in CIA custody. The report covers CIA activities before, during, and after the "War on Terror." The initial report was approved on December 13, 2012, by a vote of 9–6, with seven Democrats, one independent, and one Republican voting in favor of the report and six Republicans voting in opposition.

The more-than 6,700-page report (including 38,000 footnotes) details the history of the CIA's Detention and Interrogation Program and the Committee's 20 findings and conclusions. On December 9, 2014, the SSCI released a 525-page portion that consisted of key findings and an executive summary of the full report. It took more than five years to complete. The full unredacted report remains classified."

When records in various databases and official government history records begin to be "dissapeared", you are being governed by psychopaths (Defense Department will stop providing crucial satellite weather data). 

And when they do that people and animals will perish even more ('Green News Report' - July 8, 2025). 

Closing Comments

When they remove the "psychopath" designation from government medical designation lists, you are being governed by psychopaths (Exceptional American Propaganda Inspired NAZI Goebbels).

But, surprise renaming for nefarious purposes is nothing new, in fact satellites talk in millimeters because "feet" is too scary; see today's appendices (Sea Ports, Sea Level Fall, Sea Level Rise);

And most importantly, if you live in a democracy, if you are governed by psychopaths, "you" voted them in to office.
