Just Like Everyone Else

What happens when "Here Come De Conservative Judges" comes true (Here Come De Conservative Judges, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14)? 

This is just one of those "this is what happens" thingys:

"The President is not above the law ["the law" is what the supremes say it is: Marbury vs. Madison, 1803].

Under our constitutional structure of separated powers, the nature of Presidential power entitles a former President to absolute immunity from criminal prosecution for [criminal] actions within his conclusive and preclusive constitutional authority. And he is entitled to at least presumptive immunity from prosecution for all his official [criminal] acts. There is no immunity for unofficial [criminal] acts.
...
Like everyone else, the President is subject to prosecution in his unofficial [criminal] capacity.
...
But under "our system" [the supreme system] of separated powers, the President may not be prosecuted for exercising his core constitutional [criminal] powers, and he is entitled to at least presumptive immunity from prosecution for his official [criminal] acts."

(TRUMP v. UNITED STATES, July 1, 2024, emphasis added). Like everyone else, the prez can commit official crimes (don't try this at home folks).

In other words, "the law" is what we the supremes decide it is (Marbury vs. Madison, 1803).

And they say that crimes may absolutely be created so long as they are "official" crimes.

So, all you criminals out there, make sure your crimes are official "like everyone else".
