Really, it has to happen in a very real sense.Humanity is the species most likely to carry the ball and band together to save the planet, save the nations, and save the human race.
It really does have to happen no matter who your king, queen, president, prime minister, dictator, Pope, Guru, Supreme Leader, or other leader is.
We have bigger fish to fry than this planet alone, and we ignore this reality at our certain peril.
So it is axiomatic that the improved rhetoric of the president is a good thing which every person can hope will become the serious reality we really do need to implement big time.
