On The Origin of The Containment Entity - 5

Fig. 1 "OS"

Today I modified some drawings found at clip art to help a bit more in the discussion of the concept of the containment entity.

First off, the containment entity concept begins at the outer shape (OS) it produces (Fig. 1), but it also involves related containment entities within it (Fig. 2), which implicates a community of containment entities (Fig. 3).

In other words, in the human shape there is an outer shape (OS) with multiple inner shapes (IS).

For instance a brain (IS), heart (IS), lungs (IS), and intestines (IS) are areas shaped by containment entities within the OS.

Each of those inner shapes have countless cells within them, which make up the whole shape (Fig. 3).

The paper I cited in a previous post alludes to this complexity of shapes within the community of containment entities.

One of those complexities hiding between the lines of that paper is expressed backwards it would seem:

"until recently, we did not know whether cell shape affects gene expression ... This paper reviews the recent literature with regard to cell shape and the transcriptome and provides an overview of this newly emerging field, which has far-reaching implications for both biology, disease, and possibly therapy."

(On The Origin of The Containment Entity - 4, quoting Cell shape). Would it not be more appropriate to ask whether gene expression affects cell shape instead of the other way around?

Remember, the shape is the result or effect of the activity of the containment entity, so, are genes the actual containment entity or entities?

Scientific procedure considers the cause (containment entity) and the effect (shape) differently, and dare not fuse the two into one, otherwise a false concept (a falsified hypothesis) could emerge.

Is there an OS generating gene or group of genes, and does that question also apply to an IS generating gene or group of genes?

The use of the word "transcriptome" in the Cell shape quote alludes to that type of construct, however, that entity was considered only on a cell by cell basis:

"The human genome is made up of DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid), a long, winding molecule that contains the instructions needed to build and maintain cells. These instructions are spelled out in the form of 'base pairs' of four different chemicals, organized into 20,000 to 25,000 genes. For the instructions to be carried out, DNA must be 'read' and transcribed - in other words, copied - into RNA (ribonucleic acid). These gene readouts are called transcripts, and a transcriptome is a collection of all the gene readouts present in a cell."

(What is a transcriptome?). As I have written time and time again, we humans are composed mostly of microbial and virus DNA/RNA, not simply human genes:

"Video Index (time - subject)

00:21 - microbes are oldest life forms on Earth
01:03 - 10 times more microbes than human cells in us
01:31 - 100 times more microbial genes than human genes in us
02:00 - microbes are 99% of our make-up; they keep us alive
02:20 - microbes are vital for keeping us alive and healthy
04:20 - microbes talk with a molecular language
07:50 - quorum sensing (like a census) to know population count
08:20 - Intra species communication (shape of words) dialects
10:50 - microbes communicate with other microbes (multi-lingual)
11:20 - they take a census of all other microbes around them
12:30 - synthetic molecules-words interrupt communication
13:50 - synthetic molecules-words confuse the microbes
15:00 - they have collective, community behaviors
15:20 - microbes made the rules for multi-cellular development
16:00 - microbes invented multi-cellular behavior inside us"

Fig. 3

So the question arises, does the 99% of you and I (microbial) communicate with the 1% of you and I (human)?

If so, keeping cause and effect in mind, that communication would have to be between the containment entities which produce "shape".

Notice that Fig. 3 (blue area represents microbe/virus IS entities) gives us an indication of the complexities of communication.

To begin with, how do the human containment entities (OS & IS generators) know the "URL or cell phone number" of the gazillions of non-human OS and IS containment entities?

The scientific paper I cited above goes on to imply more about cellular communication: "Mechanotransduction is a fundamental biological process, by which cells sense mechanical stimuli, integrate them, and convert them into biochemical signals".

The priestly word "Mechanotransduction" means that "a mechanically gated ion channel" evidently has the URL or cell phone number of the OS and IS containment entities of the human and microbe containment entities.

I guess, then, that this is the time we look at "our best guess" about the mother of all containment entities, (which contained every shape) ergo: "She Big Bang" (Space).

Its containment entity generated an OS that was infinitely small, except for the mothers of all IS containment entities that were infinitely smaller inside their mother containment entity.

Communication way back then was infinitely primitive, so naturally it broke down and the joint exploded into the everyday OS and IS containment entities we now observe in and around us OS (see videos below).

  1. Evidently the IS communications and/or the OS communications are not understood in the highest degree: "More than 7 million incorrect diagnoses made in US emergency rooms every year, government report finds" (Link)
