Why do blogs vary in the quality of readership?
Who cares.
This series is about the reason the Bureau of Atomic Scientists in the past few expletives included the mass media (a.k.a the The Warming Science Commentariat, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15) as one of three reasons Ralph Waldo Emerson was spot on (“The end of the human race will be that it will eventually die of civilization.” - Ralph Waldo Emerson).
But I digress:

(In Empire We Trust, emphasis added). No biggie ... "we are all going to die anyway" (guess which current maladministration official fairly recently said that).
