The first sentence of the first post in this series was a question about the coming conservative judges in the Judicial Branch of the United States:
"Will they be activists?"
(Here Come De Conservative Judges, emphasis added, September, 2009).
Over and over in this series the 'answer' posited to that question was in effect "Is the Pope Catholic?"
The 99% of the world of "US" laughed and said "you must be kidding Dredd."
That was then but now is now.
Very recently their laughter is subsiding, especially after Dobbs and today's reversal of "Chevron" (Supreme Court guts agency power in seismic Chevron ruling, Chevron overturned by Supreme Court).
What about "see you in the camps."?
