On The Origin of The Containment Entity - 4

Internal Shape
Today, the originator of shape (a.k.a. the "containment entity") is on the table (On The Origin of The Containment Entity, 2, 3, Quantum Biology - 15, Small Brains Considered - 12).

During the ongoing search for the origin of The Containment Entity I read a paper concerning "the shape" of cells (shape is what I consider to be the result of the work of a containment entity).

The largest containment entity generates the body shape that has small containment entities within it that generate the various shapes of unique cells within it (Morphology).

There were some interesting sentences in that scientific paper I read, so I will quote some of them for your perusal:

"until recently, we did not know whether cell shape affects gene expression ... This paper reviews the recent literature with regard to cell shape and the transcriptome and provides an overview of this newly emerging field, which has far-reaching implications for both biology, disease, and possibly therapy." (Abstract p.895)

Female Body Shape
"Cells are constantly exposed to mechanical stress by forces that are generated by gravity, organ motion, blood flow, extracellular cell-to-cell and cell-to-matrix interactions, and intracellular traction. These mechanical forces have been shown to influence a broad spectrum of cellular behaviors, from proliferation and differentiation to transcriptional responses and gene expression.Mechanotransduction is a fundamental biological process, by which cells sense mechanical stimuli, integrate them, and convert them into biochemical signals, inducing downstream cellular responses." (Introduction p.895)

Animal Body Shape
"the nucleus itself is an important mechanosensing component" (p.895)
 
"The LINC complex is a critical component that propagates mechanical forces directly from the cytoskeleton to the nucleus envelope. This complex plays a major role in nuclear shape and position, along with chromatin positioning ..." (p.895)

"Signaling activity at the membranes depends on global cell geometry parameters, such as the cellular aspect ratio (AR), size, membrane surface area, and membrane curvature." (p.896)

(Cell shape, emphasis added). After over a hundred years of discussing the "natural selection" that causes shapes to be selected, "recently" the "newly emerging field" has evolved (BTW you can't select something that does not exist yet).

Thus, cellular evolution is about biological change, not about abiological change (If Cosmology Is "Off," How Can Biology Be "On?").

Anyway, if you want to know how easy it is for the mistress of biology to make the shape of trillions of cells inside you as it makes your shape too (to cover them all up) with teleological fabric, see the second video below (it is a metaphor too).

The concept of containment entity dynamics is a common concept to those commercial computer scientists of the oracle:

Containment Relationships are a good starting point since they are, generally, the first kind of structural element that most people come across in Oracle Policy Modeling ... to create your Containment Relationships, you need to create an Entity. Containment Relationships are not unique to Oracle Intelligent Advisor – they turn up in most modeling tools, developers use them, databases handle them. It’s a concept you will find all over the place ."

(Oracle Containment Entity, emphasis added). In that particular realm it is a common design endeavor to use "it" for such things as tax reports and how many thingamajigs the company sold last quarter.

I have said of containment entity art, that it is far more instructive in terms of the cosmic concepts of containment entities (e.g. wire art examples: one, two).  

One place to look for the origin of a containment entity in biological species is the genome (e.g genes, DNA, RNA).

But in terms of where and when "the rubber meets the road", I have prepared some appendices to assist (Appendix Virus 1, Appendix Virus 2, Appendix Virus 3, Appendix Virus 4, Appendix Virus 5).

These appendices are the work results of a software program that accesses SQL databases of viruses and human nucleotides.

The software's mission is to reverse engineer mRNA into DNA (remembering "the central dogma of biology: RNA comes from DNA") then find that strand of converted mRNA nucleotides in human DNA nucleotides.

The results indicate that segments of virus genes come from DNA in the nucleus of eucaryotic cells (note that the eucaryotic DNA was not scrubbed, removing defective out-of-frame nucleotides; in future posts I will scrub the eucaryotic nucleotides of out-of-frame nucleotides to increase the totals). 

The first video below indicates that we need not be concerned about the quantity of virus genes in human genes (remember that DNA microbes generate virus RNA for good or ill).

Could a gene be the containment entity that generates shape?
