| Fig. 1 It's Not Just The East Anymore |
A Dredd Blog post recently focused on the East Coast of the USA (The El Nino/La Nina Chronicles - 5).
The East Coast loss of shoreline is falsely blamed on "El Nino" and same with the West Coast shoreline (Fig. 1).
Today let's "face the music" and the facts, and realize that as seen in foresight, these dynamics are all around us (Petroleum Civilization: The Final Chapter (Confusing Life with Death); cf Major loss of California beaches predicted in latest climate forecast).

| Fig. 2 The Kid Did It |
The meteorologists have invented some words like 'king tide' to avail some of us with a favorite fantasy (see Fig. 2) in one of many efforts to rob us of our favorite solution (i.e. "leave it in the ground").
I updated the previous graphs (that were in The End of Year Data) as needed, because the SQL server needed to be and was updated.
So, today's appendices are (Station Links, A-B, C-E, F-G, H-K, L-M, N-P, R-S, T-Y).
In a previous post the East Coast and European shorelines were shown with houses falling into them (as in Fig. 1).
The unasked question in these scenarios is: "decades ago where was the 'king tide' high tide mark on those beaches when the Building Permit Authorities issued the permits to build those structures there?".
Those authorities are charged with knowing about how safe or not it would be to build a dwelling there (high tide water line distance from the real estate lot line location is a critical basic factor).
The basic truth is that the high tide mark was far enough away (100 yds?) at the time those building permits were issued a decade or so back in time, when sea level rise was way more of a mythical consideration than it is now.
The previous post in this series is here.
